    onion chopped

    (16 oz ) spicey chili beans
  • 1 pkg
    ( 16 oz ) frozen corn thawed
  • 1 can
    ( 15 oz ) tomato sauce
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • 3 c
    finely shredded chaddar jack cheese divided
  • 3 c
    nacho cheese tortilla chips crushed and divided
  • 2
    large tomatoes chopped
  • 4
    green onions chopped
  • 1 can
    small can black olives
  • 1 can
    small can green chilies

How To Make nacho casserole

    COOK GROUND BEEF AND ONIONS OVER MEDIUM HEAT STIRRING UNTIL BEEF CRUMBLES AND IS NO LONGER PINK, DRAIN AND ADD BEANS, CORN, TOMATO SAUCE AND TACO SEASONING, AND BLACK OLIVES, AND GREEN CHILIES , STIR UNTIL BLENDED. SIMMER OVER MEDIUM HEAT FOR 10 MINUTES.

    POUR HALF OF THE BEEF MIXTURE INTO A LIGHTLY GREASED 13" BY 9" BAKING DISH. TOP WITH 1 1/2 CUPS EACH OF CHEESE AND CRUSHED CHIPS, TOP WITH REMAINING BEEF MIXTURE AND REMAINING1 1 1/2 CUPS EACH OF CHEESE AND CHIPS.

    BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 25-30 MINUTES OR UNTIL BUBBLEY . SPRINKLE WITH TOMATOES, AND GREEN ONIONS .
