I have been asked for this recipe several times. It always turns out great, and some people who really don't care for meatloaf have changed their mind after eating this meatloaf.

Ingredients For mom's meatloaf

1 ctomato juice

3/4 coats, quick cooking

1egg or egg white

1/4 cchopped onions

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper

1/1/2 lblean ground beef
How To Make mom's meatloaf

1Heat oven to 350* For Piquant sauce topping: In a small bowl mix together 1/4 cup ketsup, 1/4 cup brown sugar,a pinch of nutmeg. set it aside.

2In a large bowl combine all the ingredients, except for the ground beef; mix well. Add the ground beef and mix lightly but be sure to mix meat in evenly.

3Press mixture into a 8x4 inch loaf pan.Top with Piquant sauce topping, then Bake 1 hour. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
