Ingredients For mexican casserole

  • 2 lb
    ground beef, browned and drained
  • 2 can
    tomato soup
  • 2 can
    chili beans
  • 2 can
    corn, drained
  • 1
    bag of fritos
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning
  • 2 c
    grated cheddar cheese

How To Make mexican casserole

  • 1
    Add taco seasoning to ground beef and mix well. Add soup, beans, and corn. Line bottom of casserole pan with fritos. Add meat mixture on top of fritos, then add cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until heated through, about 35 minutes. Makes 6-8 servings.
