This is the meatloaf that I have grown up with. It is very moist and has great flavor

method Convection Oven

Ingredients For meatloaf

  • LOAF
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/2 c
    tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 c
    cracker crumbs
  • 1 md
    onion, chopped
  • 1
    egg
  • SAUCE
  • 1 1/2 c
    tomato sauce
  • 1 c
    water
  • 2 Tbsp
    prepared mustard
  • 2 Tbsp
    cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar

How To Make meatloaf

  • 1
    Mix loaf ingredients. Form into loaf. Bake in 350*.
  • 2
    Combine sauce ingredients in small saucepan over low heat until it begins to boil. Baste loaf with sauce (approx. 1 hour) after draining the fat juices.
