Got this recipe off of a Pet Milk can. It's a quick dinner. I use whatever cheese I have on hand.

Ingredients For meat balls a la swis

1 lbground beef
-
1/3 cevaporated milk
-
1/4 ccatsup
-
1 Tbspdried parsley flakes

1 Tbspyellow mustard
-
1 tspsalt
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
1 can10 1/2 oz can cream of chicken soup

1/2 cshredded swis cheese (or any cheese your choice.

1/3 cevaporated milk
-
1/4 cwater
-
2 pinchtabasco or franks red pepper sauce (or use more)
How To Make meat balls a la swis

1Mix first seven ingredients together. Shape into 16 1 1/2 inch balls. Place in shallow baking pan. Bake 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Drain. Mix rest of ingredients together and pour over meatballs and cook additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

2Serve over rice, noodles or potatoes.
