Got this recipe off of a Pet Milk can. It's a quick dinner. I use whatever cheese I have on hand.

Ingredients For meat balls a la swis

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/3 c
    evaporated milk
  • 1/4 c
    catsup
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried parsley flakes
  • 1 Tbsp
    yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 can
    10 1/2 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c
    shredded swis cheese (or any cheese your choice.
  • 1/3 c
    evaporated milk
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 2 pinch
    tabasco or franks red pepper sauce (or use more)

How To Make meat balls a la swis

  • 1
    Mix first seven ingredients together. Shape into 16 1 1/2 inch balls. Place in shallow baking pan. Bake 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Drain. Mix rest of ingredients together and pour over meatballs and cook additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

    Serve over rice, noodles or potatoes.
