ketchup
2 Tbsp

vinegar
2 Tbsp

sugar
2 Tbsp

mustard
2 Tbsp

worcestershire sauce

salt and pepper to taste

In a frying pan, brown ground beef and onion.

Add remaining ingredients and cook slowly for 15 minutes or more.
