1/2 cdry red wine

1/2 colive oil

2 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1 Tbspsoy sauce

1 mdlemon, juiced

3cloves garlic, chopped

1/4 tspdry mustard
How To Make lompoc tri-tip barbecue

1Combine oil, worcestershire, soy, lemon juice, garlic and mustard.

2Marinate meat in sauce in refrigerator for 24 hours, turning several times.

3Remove from refrigerator 2 hours before grilling.

4Grill over medium heat about 15 to 20 minutes on each side, brushing frequently with marinade.
