My mom used to make this for our family when I was little . . . it's quick and easy, and perfect for that "summertime BBQ taste in the middle of the winter"! One of my dad's favorites! We would have this with a side salad and some green beans! YUMMO!

    favorite bbq sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 2 c
    shredded cheese (we prefer cheddar)

How To Make jackpots

  • 1
Brown ground beef in skillet and drain fat.
  • 2
Add BBQ sauce and brown sugar to browned ground beef, stirring until mixed well.

Line a greased (or sprayed) baking dish with biscuits, making sure to pinch them together to cover the bottom of the pan and up the sides.
  • 4
Pour BBQ meat into prepared biscuits in baking dish.
  • 5
    Top with shredded cheese.
  • 6
Bake according to directions on the biscuit can (usually 350 to 375 degrees for 12 to 18 minutes).
  • 7
Cut into squares and serve. (They are actually really good heated up the next day if you have leftovers!)
