We have a lot of favorites, but this one is at the top. It's a great summer-time grill recipe. I pulled this from a grocery-store aisle cookbook magazine, Coca-Cola Recipes

Ingredients For guadalajara beef

  • 14 oz
    beef broth
  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce
  • 3 clove
    garlic
  • 1 tsp
    cumin
  • 1 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground red pepper
  • 1 lb
    beef steak
  • 6 md
    bell peppers, red, yellow, or green, seeded, cut into strips
  • 8
    flour tortillas
  • sour cream
  • salsa

How To Make guadalajara beef

    Combine beef broth, soy sauce, garlic, cumin, chili powder, and ground red pepper in resealable plastic food storage bag; knead bag to combine. Add beef and seal. Refrigerate up to 24 hours, turning occasionally.

    Remove beef from marinade; discard remaining marinade. Grill beef over hot coals 7 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Grill bell peppers, 7 to 10 minutes or until tneder, turning once.

    Slice beef and serve with bell peppers, tortillas, sour cream, and salsa.
