My grandma gave me this recipe when I was a little girl. I have been making for years. The addition of cinnamon to the glaze makes it a little different. People always love this meatloaf.

How To Make grandma mary's meatloaf

Heat oven to 350. Chop onion and beat eggs. Mix all meatloaf ingredients and pat into a round pan to form a whole in the middle of the meatloaf ( this is to drain the fat) so that it is shaped like a doughnut. Can also be placed on a broiler pan. Place in oven and cook for 30 minutes. In the meantime mix glaze ingredients and set aside. Mix to taste. More or less sugar and cinnamon can be added according to your tastes. You can also use Splenda for lower calorie in place of brown sugar. After 30 minutes, take meatloaf out of oven and spoon the grease that has collected in the center out of the meatloaf. Spread glaze over meatloaf and put back into the oven for 10 minutes. Note: This can also be cooked in the microwave in a microwave safe round shaped pan for 10 to 15 minutes to save time.
