Ingredients For fajita quesadillas

1 pkglarge flour tortillas

1 lbvelveeta cheese, shredded

1 lbfajita meat
-
1onion, chopped
-
1 lbcheddar cheese, shredded

1 canrotel tomatoes
-
1green pepper, chopped
How To Make fajita quesadillas

1Shredd Velveeta and Cheddar cheese and set aside.

2Put alittle shortening in the bottom of a large skillet, then place the flour tortilla in the skillet on low heat.

3On half of the tortilla, put about 1/2 cup of meat, then spread shredded cheeses, then add about 2 Tbsp. of the Rotel tomatoes.

4Fold tortilla over like an omelet. Let it get hot enough to melt cheese. Allow tortilla to get golden brown. Flip over. Cut into slices like pizza.
