How To Make easy zucchini casserole

Cook zucchini in 2 cups boiling wateruntil tender. Brown ground beef and onion; mix all ingredients together except butter and bread crumbs. Pour in casserole dish. Dot with butter and cover with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 6 servings.
