I had some ground beef one night for supper and wanted to do something different so this is what I came up with. My daughter in law ask for this about every week but she doesn't get it.

Ingredients For easy creamed meat balls

1 1/2 lbground beef

1 cancream of chicken soup, 1 can of water

salt and pepper
How To Make easy creamed meat balls

1Combine ground beef, salt and pepper. Form into meat balls. Bake in oven until done or microwave until done. In bowl combine soup, water, salt and pepper, whisk until blended. When meat balls are done place in microwave safe dish, pour soup mixture over meat balls and microwave until heated through. Serve with rice or creamed potatoes.
