Ingredients: 1 pkg. - meatloaf mixture; 3lbs. - hamburger meat; 1 stack - saltine crackers; 2 - eggs; 1/2 cup - milk; dash - salt; 1/2 tsp. - pepper; 1 small - onion, chopped; 1/2 cup - milk; 1/4 - large velvetta chesse- chunk it up and put it in the middle of the meat and cover with some of the meat; 1/2 - bell pepper (if desired)

How To Make chessy meatloaf

put it in a baking dish and cook at 350 for about 30 minutes to 45 or until meat is done.

topping for meat is 1/4 catsup, 3 tlbs mustard, 1/2 cup brown sugar or to taste mix together and pour over meatloaf when all done to give some more flavor !!!
