Ingredients For cheese hashburgers

  • 1 can
    (15 oz.) roast beef hash (chilled and cut into 4 servings)
  • 4
    eggs
  • 4 md
    hamburger buns
  • 4 slice
    cheddar cheese
  • mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make cheese hashburgers

  • 1
    Flatten the hash patties in a large skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side until browned and heated through.

    Place an egg on each patty; cover and cook five minutes until egg is cooked.

    Spread buns with mustard and toast slightly in broiler. Remove and lay cheese slices on top and reheat until cheese melts. Place patties on top of cheese and serve with salt and pepper to taste.
