My Grandmother always made this for an easy meal on a cold day! It reminds me of being in her kitchen, warm & cozy! She would serve this with a crusty bread.

Ingredients For beef, tomato & potatoe casserole

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 can
    tomato soup
  • 2 md
    onion, sliced
  • 3 lg
    potatos,peeled & sliced
  • salt & pepper to taste

How To Make beef, tomato & potatoe casserole

    Pre heat oven to 350 and grease casserole dish
  • 2
    Brown Ground beef & drain, salt & pepper to taste.

    Layer Beef, then layer potatos, then onions until casserole is full alternating each layer, thin soup slightly with milk and pour over top of caserole.
