3/4 lbbeef tenderloin, about 2-inches thick

2 tspdijon mudtard

1 Tbspwhole black peppercorns, finely crushed

1/2 tspdried sage
How To Make beef tenderloin with peppercorns

1Spread both sides of beef with mustard. Combine peppercorns and sage, and pat evenly onto meat. Place in a shallow baking pan. Cover and chill if desired. Bake at 425 degrees 25-30 minutes, or until desired doneness. Cut into thin slices. Makes 2 servings.
