Ingredients For beef stroganoff

  • 2 lb
    steak (i use round steak)
  • 1 can
    tomato soup
  • 1 can
    beef broth
  • 1 pkg
    egg noodles
  • 1 c
    sour cream

How To Make beef stroganoff

  • 1
    Cut the steak into small strips. Brown in a little oil. Add tomato soup and beef broth. Cook until beef is tender. Pour in sour cram and mix well

    Boil egg noodles.
  • 3
    Pour beef over noodles and serve.
