Ingredients For beef stroganoff

2 lb

round steak
1/2 c

flour
1/2 tsp

black pepper
1 1/2 tsp

salt
2 tsp

paprika
2 clove

garlic
1 lg

onion
1 pt

sour cream
2 can

beef comsumme
1/4 c

cooking oil
1 pkg

egg noodles

How To Make beef stroganoff

Cut meat into thin strips, Mix dry ingredients into a large bag to coat the meat. Brown meat in hot cooking oil a little at a time.

Drain fat and add the onions garlic and soup. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours.

Just before serving add the sour cream. Cook the egg noodles and mix with the sauce.
