Ingredients For beef and potato casserole

  • 30 oz
    bag of frozen potato rounds
  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 2 pkg
    10 oz. each frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
  • 5 oz
    can french fried onions
  • 1 lg
    tomato, chopped
  • 2 can
    cream of celery soup
  • 2/3 c
    milk
  • 8 oz
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper

How To Make beef and potato casserole

    Place potatoes on bottom and up the sides of a 9x13 dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, at 400^ for 10 minutes. Brown beef in chunks; drain. Place beef, broccoli, 1/2 of the onions, and tomato in potato shell.

    Combine soup, milk, 1/2 of cheese, and seasonings; pour over beef mixture. Bake, covered, for 20 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions; bake, uncovered, 2 to 3 minutes longer, til cheese is melted.
