Ingredients For beef and potato casserole

30 ozbag of frozen potato rounds
-
2 lbground beef
-
2 pkg10 oz. each frozen chopped broccoli, thawed

5 ozcan french fried onions
-
1 lgtomato, chopped
-
2 cancream of celery soup
-
2/3 cmilk
-
8 ozshredded cheddar cheese
-
1/2 tspgarlic powder
-
1/4 tspblack pepper
How To Make beef and potato casserole

1Place potatoes on bottom and up the sides of a 9x13 dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, at 400^ for 10 minutes. Brown beef in chunks; drain. Place beef, broccoli, 1/2 of the onions, and tomato in potato shell.

2Combine soup, milk, 1/2 of cheese, and seasonings; pour over beef mixture. Bake, covered, for 20 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions; bake, uncovered, 2 to 3 minutes longer, til cheese is melted.
