Ingredients For barb cups

  • 1 can
    biscuits
  • 1
    yellow onions chopped
  • 1 c
    butter
  • 4 c
    bbq sause
  • 2 lb
    ground chuck
  • 2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 box
    velveta cheese

How To Make barb cups

  • 1
    Put butter and chopped onions in a pan and simmer till the onions are soft. Let stand.

    Brown the hamburger meat, drain.

    In a mixing bowl combine the browned meat, cooked onions drained, brown sugar, BBQ sause. Stir the brown sugar in real well.

    In a muffin pan, form the bsk in the muffin hole and spoon in the mixture till its even with the top of the muffin pan. Place a slice of velveta cheese on top. Slice the cheese to ur desired thickness! Place in the oven at 350*. Bake till cheese is melted and bsk are golden brown. Cool, serve and enjoy!!
