When I was married to my ex we were usually dirt poor and I was always looking for a way to stretch the dinner dollar but get all the food groups in, if possible. I only had a few things left in the pantry and came up with this recipe. Many years later, my new husband and kids still like it for dinner. Nothing fancy but it hits the spot and is super quick to make.
