Ingredients For homemade v8 juice

  • 12 lb. Tomatoes (24 lg. sized)
  • 1 C. Carrots, chopped
  • 1 C. Celery, chopped
  • 1 C. Onions, chopped
  • 4 tsp. Salt
  • 4 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
  • Dash of hot pepper seasonin

How To Make homemade v8 juice

  • 1
    Bring all ingredients to a boil. Lower the heat and cook 25 minutes. Press through strainer. Ladle into quart jars. Process 5 minutes per quart in hot water bath.
