  • 6 double pork chops
  • 2 C. bread crumbs
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. parsley, minced
  • 1 tsp. sage
  • 1 Tbs. grated onion
  • 3 Tbs. milk
  • vegetable oil
  • water

How To Make first-class stuffed pork chops recipe

    Cut a pocket in the side of each chop. Combine the next 7 ingredients and mix well. Stuff each chop with mixture. Brown chops in oil, season, place in baking dish, add a little water, and bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 1 hour or until tender.
