Came up with this protein shake/smoothie recipe. Easy and yummy way to get your fruit servings and protein servings in for the day.

Ingredients For healthy grape protein shake

1 1/2 cfrozen grapes

1 scoopprotein powder, vanilla

1/2 cany fruit juice

1/2 capple sauce
How To Make healthy grape protein shake

1Freeze overnight the grapes. I freeze them in my ninja blender.

2Add all the other ingredients and blend. You could substitute yogurt and milk instead of the applesauce and juice. Depends if you want more fruity or more creamy.
