Ingredients For energizing juice smoothie

1 smapple, peeled, cored and chopped

1/2 cpineapple chunks, fresh or unsweetened canned

1/2 cfresh kale, chopped

1/4 cmint leaves, fresh

2 cunsweetened juice of your choice
How To Make energizing juice smoothie

1Place ingredients except unsweetened juice into a blender. Start blender on smoothie setting and gradually add juice until you get a consistency you like. Extra can be refrigerated for 3 days or frozen for up to a month.
