cucumber-mint-dill infused water

InfusedWaters.com. Be careful how much fresh dill you use as its taste is very pronounced. Start with one sprig and add more, with caution. Fresh ingredients are very important for best results. If using an organic cucumber as I did, I removed the peel in a striped fashion. If using standard cucumber, remove the entire peel. (Most supermarket cukes have a wax coating.)

Ingredients For cucumber-mint-dill infused water

  • 80-90 oz
    filtered very cold water
  • 2/3
    cucumber, organic preferably, peel removed, sliced (read intro)
  • 2-3 sprig
    fresh dill (*fresh*)
  • 6-8
    fresh mint leaves (*fresh*) (i tested with a hybrid orange-mint from our herb garden-leaves were bruised to release their oil )

How To Make cucumber-mint-dill infused water

    Add all the ingredients to a pitcher or similar vessel. Allow to infuse in the refrigerator at least 6 hours or overnight for best flavor.
