Here Is One Of Many Years Of Family Favorite's .Try It You Might Like It Like We Do. I Put 10 Minutes As Prep Time. But Then You Still Freeze It And Stir,So It Takes Awhile. But It's Worth It.

Ingredients For lemon ice with fruit

  • 1&1/2 c
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon peel,grated
  • 4 c
    water
  • 2 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 c
    blueberries

How To Make lemon ice with fruit

  • 1
    in a saucepan,mix together sugar,grated lemon peel,and water over low heat,

    stirring until the sugar dissolves.

    boil gently for five minutes. chill.
  • 4
    add lemon juice,then freeze.
  • 5
    stir after 1/2 hour.

    stir again in one hour or so before serving.

    spoon over blueberries.
