Ingredients For hot chocolate

1 (12 oz.) canevaporated milk

1/3 chalf and half
-
1 tspvanilla
-
4 Tbspcocoa powder
-
1 1/2 Tbspsugar

whipped cream (optional)
-
marshmallows (optional)
How To Make hot chocolate

1In a saucepan, whisk milk, half and half, vanilla, cocoa powder and sugar together until very well mixed.

2Heat on medium low until hot, stirring often.

3Pour into cups and serve.

4You can top with a dollop of whipped cream or marshmallows if desired.
