I love a great fruity smoothie. They make a great way to deliver protein supplements, some medications or my favorite, simply for the taste!

Ingredients For mango, berry & banana smoothie

  • 1 lg
    very ripe peeled banana (preferably frozen)
  • 2
    pitted medjool dates
  • 1 c
    frozen mango chunks
  • 3/4 c
    coconut water
  • 1/2 c
    frozen blackberries or blueberries
  • 1/4 c
    plain greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp
    ground flaxseeds

How To Make mango, berry & banana smoothie

  • 1
    Purée 1 very ripe peeled banana (preferably frozen), 2 pitted Medjool dates, 1 cup frozen mango chunks, 3/4 cup coconut water, 1/2 cup frozen blackberries or blueberries, 1/4 cup plain yogurt, and 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds in a blender until smooth.
