I put spice into pretty much everything I can and so with this coffee. Lots of wonderful flavor and something that makes you want to kick back and slowly enjoy it.

Ingredients For mediterranean coffee

  • 8 c
    strong coffee
  • 1/3 c
    sugar or splenda (oe to taste)
  • 1/4 c
    chocolate syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp
    anise seed (tied in cheesecloth if desired, i don't bother)
  • 12
    cloves
  • 4
    cinnamon sticks
  • whipped cream
  • orange twist and lemon twist

How To Make mediterranean coffee

    Place coffee, sugar, chocolate syrup, anise seed, cloves and cinnamon into a sauce pan
  • 2
    Heat to 200 F degrees over medium heat
  • 3
    Strain into mugs
  • 4
    Top with whipped cream and twists.
