Ingredients For tex mex mocha

1 qtwhole milk
-
1 tspcinnamon
-
1 tspvanilla extract

1/2 tspchili powder or more if you like (i use a lot more)

2/3 cpowdered cocoa mix

8 cboiling water
-
1/3 cinstant coffee granules

whipped cream
How To Make tex mex mocha

1Combine first four ingredients in a large sauce pan.

2Cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated. Do not boil.

3Stir in instant cocoa mix.

4Combine boiling water and coffee granules, then stir into milk mixture.

5Pour into mugs.

6Serve with a dollop of whipped cream and garnish with cinnamon sticks and a small, bright red chili pepper.

7NOTE: Keep hot in a crock pot to serve a crowd.
