    rum, amber
  • 1 oz
    pineapple rum
  • 1/2 oz
    coconut rum
  • 1 oz
    tia maria
  • 2 oz
    coconut cream
  • 8 oz
    coffee, fresh brewed, chilled, strong
  • 6 - 8
    ice cubes
  • 2 oz
    whipped cream (garnish)
  • 1 Tbsp
    coconut, toasted (garnish)
  • 2
    pineapple chunks (garnish)

    Pour the first 7 ingredients into a blender and mix until all ice is crushed.
