The more traditional pumpkin pie shot has Irish cream, but I like to use the Fulton's Pumpkin Pie Cream Liqueur because well... its pumpkin and that just makes more sense to me. Also, do not try and substitute the Goldshlager in this drink with Dekuyper's Hot Damn or other cheaper cinnamon schnapps. Goldshlager has a clear color and a very authentic ground cinnamon flavor, where as cinnamon schnapps is very red in color and has a cinnamon candy flavor like "Red Hots Candies." Therefore it will not give you the same flavor and appearance as the Goldshlager.

Ingredients For pumpkin pie shot

  • 1 oz
    kahlua
  • 1/2 oz
    fulton's harvest pumpkin pie cream liqueur
  • 1/2 oz
    goldshlager
  • dollop of whipped cream
  • dash of cinnamon

How To Make pumpkin pie shot

  • 1
    Pour 1 ounce of Kahlua into a bar size shot glass
  • 2
    Gently float 1/2 ounce of Fulton's Harvest Pumpkin Cream Liqueur or Irish Cream over Kahlua.

    Gently float 1/2 ounce of Goldshlager on top.
  • 4
    Garnish with Whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon.
