Ingredients For tropical dewlight

1/2 c

lime juice
1/4 c

sugar
1 Tbsp

grated lime zest
1 1/2 lb

honeydew melon; cut into chunks
1

mango; peeled and cut into chunks
1/2 c

sparkling apple cider
green food coloring;
3 oz

vodka; optional
crushed ice
melon balls and lime wedges; optional

How To Make tropical dewlight

In pot over high heat combine juice, sugar and zest; bring to a boil. Cook until syrupy; 3 to 4 minutes. Strain; cool completely. In blender mix juice mixtue with honeydew. mango and cider' process until smooth.

Tint darker green with food coloring. Add vodlka if desired. Pour over crushed ice and garnish with melon; mango and lime. Makes 6 servings.
