The pomegranate juice mellows out the tartness of the lemon in a delightful manner. Add a little honey and then settle back with your Honey for a cool evening of counting fireflies. This makes a pretty "cocktail," to serve to the underage or non-drinkers at your party.

Ingredients For sparkling pomegranate lemonade

  • 2 cups pomegranate juice
  • ½ cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • ¼ cup honey ( additional honey to taste, if lemons are really tart)
  • 3 cups club soda
  • ice cubes

How To Make sparkling pomegranate lemonade

    In a small sauce pan on medium heat, warm the lemon juice and honey until the honey is thoroughly melted and combined. Remove from the heat.

    In a large pitcher, combine the lemon-honey mixture with the pomegranate juice and club soda.

    Stir in enough ice cubes to fill the pitcher. Enjoy!
