you're going to have to start this one a few days ahead. Three days is about perfect! You may want to have everyone leave their car keys in a bowl to be claimed at the end of the night, if the person is safe to drive.the sweet tasty drinks can creep up on you. They're very easy to drink. Before you know it everyone will be doing the hula ! note: this recipe Is just a guideline. You can triple this recipe and put in a very large glass container with a spigot at the bottom. It's always empty at the end of the evening!Source unknown

Ingredients For pineapple martinis

  • 1 liter of premium vodka
  • two large pineapples, peeled, cored, and cut into small cubes

How To Make pineapple martinis

  • 1
    in a large glass jar, mix the pineapples and vodka and store, refrigerated, for three days. if it isn't sweet enough and still has an alcohol taste, add more pineapple and keep it in the refrigerator one additional day. Strain, reserving cubed pineapple for garnish.

    to serve, pour into martini glasses. Garnish with pineapple cubes on an umbrella pick. Cheers!
