How To Make nana's nana pudding

own low heat add sugar milk egg yolks and flour stirring rapidly so it doesnt stick slighty raise the temp to get it thick and salt and vanilla flavoring must keep it stired until it come to a thick custard

in a clean glass bowl add egg whites with mixer own high beat egg yolks adding sugar gradually until fluffy

i just pour the custard in a pyrex dish cut up bananas and vanilla wafers mix all together some people layer

add merguine and brown at 350 would preheat oven also
