homemade hot chocolate pudding

Recipe by
Sheila from Briarwoods Farm

I remember my grandmother making this when I was a kid. When my daughter complained that she didn't like (ready-to-eat) chocolate pudding she had at my mom's house, I told her about her great-grandmother's (on my dad's side) recipe. I dug it out of the envelopes stuffed with clippings and scraps of paper that served as my grandmother's recipe box, and we made it that night. I don't know why I never made it when the kids were little! It's so easy a 10-yr old did it by herself! It's now become a favorite (though we don't often eat dessert).
