This is another homemade pudding mix to go in my mix collection. I am adding it so that you can have it too, if you want it! Pudding mixes are such great staples to have in the cupboard!

Ingredients For homemade chocolate pudding mix

1/2 cpowdered sugar

1 1/2 cgranulated sugar

1 cunsweetened cocoa powder

2/3 ccorn starch

1 tspvanilla powder

1/8 tspsalt
How To Make homemade chocolate pudding mix

1Combine all ingredients and store in container with tight-fitting lid. Makes 3 cups mix, yielding 12 servings of prepared pudding.

2Stir mix well. For two servings, combine 1/2 cup Chocolate Pudding Mix, 4 tsp. butter, and 1-1/3 cups milk in a small saucepan. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Boil gently, stirring constantly, for one minute. Pour into serving dishes and chill until thickened.
