I am collecting some recipes for homemade mixes. I got some good ones for cakes, but it seems there are so many others that I really like, and want to include in a cookbook for my family. See if you don't think this homemade mix isn't a great idea!!

Ingredients For homemade butterscotch pudding mix

1 1/2 cbrown sugar

1/3 cgranulated sugar

3/4 cnon-fat dry milk powder

1 ccornstarch

1/2 tspsalt

2 tspvanilla powder
How To Make homemade butterscotch pudding mix

1Combine all ingredients and store in container with tight-fitting lid. Makes 3 cups mix, yielding 24 servings of prepared pudding.

2Stir mix well. For two servings, combine 1/4 cup Butterscotch Pudding Mix, 2 Tbsp. butter, and 1 cup milk in a small saucepan. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Boil gently, stirring constantly, for one minute. Pour into serving dishes and chill until thickened.
