easy pistachio pudding dessert

My dad just loved this dessert! Mom would make this for him all the time in the summer. It's quick and easy to put together. A real crowd pleaser! Hope you give it a try :)

Ingredients For easy pistachio pudding dessert

  • 1 lg
    container of cool whip
  • 1
    (3 1/2 oz.) box of instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 can
    (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained well
  • 2 c
    mini marshmallows
  • 1 sm
    jar of maraschino cherries, drained well, and cut in half

How To Make easy pistachio pudding dessert

    Make sure the pineapple and the cherries are drained very well. The cherries should almost be dry.

    In a large bowl, mix together above ingredients.

    Refrigerate for several hours before serving. Enjoy! This is a light and refreshing treat!
