I always have fresh or frozen berries on hand. I have lots of recipes that use fruits. This is a family favorite but mostly mine cause it make a great midnight snack.

Ingredients For berry berry cheesecak parfaits

  • 1 pkg
    philly cream cheese, softened
  • 1-1/2 c
    milk, cold
  • 1 pkg
    jell-o vanilla flavor instant pudding
  • 1-1/2 c
    cool whip, thawed & divided
  • 24
    nilla wafer, coarsely chopped
  • 1-1/2 c
    mixed berries, blueberries & strawberries fresh & sliced

How To Make berry berry cheesecak parfaits

  • 1
    First beat the cream cheese in a medium bowl with a mixer until creamy. Then gradually beat in the milk. Then add in the pudding mix & mix well. Whisk in 1 cup COOL WHIP.

    Next layer half each of the wafers, berries & pudding mixture in 8 parfait glasses. Repeat the layers.

    Then top with the remaining COOL WHIP.
