Ingredients For simple coffee pie

1graham cracker pie crust

1 boxwhipped topping mix such as dream whip ( i use two envelopes)

3 tspinstant coffee granules (you can switch this up using flavored coffee granules as well

1/2 ccold milk

8 ozcool whip, thawed
How To Make simple coffee pie

1In medium bowl combine whipped topping mix powder, instant coffee granules and milk. Beat with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds to combine well. Beat on high speed until fluffy. Gently fold in Cool Whip and combine well.

2Pour mixture into crust and freeze at least 1 hour. The garnishes for this are limitless. Shaved chocolate, crumbled shortbread cookies, slivered almonds, toasted coconut. Let your imagination run wild. I sometimes indulge in chocolate covered coffee beans and sometimes fold them in or just top the pie with them..
