  • 15 oz
    canned pumpkin (not pie filling)
  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp
    allspice, ground
  • 1 1/4 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground cloves
  • 12 oz
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 1
    unbaked 9 inch deep dish pie shell

How To Make russ's pumpkin pie

    Preheat oven to 425F

    In a large bowl, mix togetjher all ingredients (except pie shell); pour mixture into pie shell

    Bake 20 minutes, then reduce heat to 350F and bake an additional 40 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
