How To Make rhubarb torte

1First layer; Combine ingredients and press in 8 by 10 inch pan.Bake at 325 degrades for 20 minutes.

2Second layer; Cook until thick:pour over baked crust.

3Third layer; Beat egg whites,sugar and cream of tartar.Spread on top of cooked rhubarb mixture.Brown in 325 degrades preheat oven for 15 minutes.
