I was looking for a quick dessert recipe, and found a new product while grocery shopping: Jello pumpkin pudding. I picked up 2 boxes, a quart of half/half, a large graham cracker pie crust, and Kool Whip cinnamon flavored whipped topping. It took about 10 minutes to put together, and was ready to eat immediately. Our grandson said I should make it for Thanksgiving, he liked it so much.
