cream cheese, softened and cut into cubes
1 1/2 c

powdered sugar
1-1/2 c

creamy peanut butter
1 c

chilled whipping cream
1/2 tsp

vanilla extract

ready made choolate cookie crumb pie crust

How To Make peanut butter pie

Combine all ingredients, except crust, in the bowl of a food processor and blend until smooth. (Alternately, mix using an electric mixer on medium speed)

Fill crust with mixture. Place pie into freezer for a minimum of 2 hours
