Okay, so I was looking through some old recipes and found this and it sounds delicious!

Ingredients For nesselrode pie

1 pkgvanilla pudding & pie filling mix
-
1 3/4 ccut up maraschino cherries
-
1/4 tsprum flavoring
-
1/2 cwhipping cream, whipped

baked 8" pie shell
-
5 Tbspgrated unsweetened chocolate
How To Make nesselrode pie

1Prepare pudding according to package directions using 1 3/4 cups milk instead of 2 cups. when thick, remove from heat & add cherries. Cool. Add rum flavoring & fold in whipped cream.

2Pour into baked 8" pie shell. Chill; sprinkle with grated chocolate.
