Ingredients For coconut pie

  • 4
    eggs
  • 1 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    baking powder
  • 1/4 Tbsp
    salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 c
    butter, melted
  • 2 c
    whole milk

How To Make coconut pie

    With electric mixer beat well 4 eggs, add sugar add flour.

    Mix rest of ingredients thoroughly and add 7 ounce Angel Flake coconut mixing in with spatula.

    Pour into 9 inch wide and deep greased glass pie pan. Bake 30 minutes or until custard is set. Do Not over bake - custard will set somewhat as it cools!!

    Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees. Also, it does make it's own crust.
